We also manage The North Somerset Business Club - the premier business club for local businesses. With over 200 members, the Club arranges
bi-monthly evening meetings with topical guest speakers.
Members are kept up to date with the latest business issues, have the opportunity to network and inter-trade within the local business community and are able to share business problems that commonly arise.

New managed workspace for 2012
In 2012 North Somerset Enterprise Agency will be opening a new business centre to support small businesses and allow them to start-up and grow by providing flexible office space with short term leases and expandable space. Tenants will enjoy a range of on-site business support services including advice, training and networking, shared office services and meeting rooms and access to IT and equipment.
'The Hive' business centre, which is designed to be energy-efficient and sustainable, is being built on the site of the former Weston Airfield at Weston Park and will be let to around 40-60 different tenants on a short term basis. Siân Lloyd-Jones business awards
Each year businesses from across North Somerset are invited to enter the Siân Lloyd-Jones Business Awards, a scheme run annually by North Somerset Enterprise Agency and co-sponsored by the Economic Development Team at North Somerset Council,to recognise business talent in the local area. The award scheme is open to all businesses based in North Somerset who have been trading for between two and five years at the time of application and awards are presented each October at the prestigious North Somerset Business Club Annual Charity Ball.
